This product just works. I’ve tried other electrical stimulation units in the past designed to block the pain, however this is different technology. This aids in actual healing of an injury. I am prone to back spasms, get them every other month or so, and they can be debilitating and breathtaking (Not in a good way). I used this machine one time in the evening on my back after a spasm flared up. I placed two pads over the general area of pain. The pain subsided a little bit but it was still there, however when I woke up the next morning the muscle spasm I had in my back was gone! I mean, no pain at all. Sold.

This product has worked well for a variety of my ailments. I have used it for neck pain, knee pain, lower back pain. I prefer not to take medications if possible, so this is a good option for alternative therapy. This product is so easy to use, you don’t even know you are wearing it. I was a competitive dancer for 10 years and a competitive golfer for over 15. The combination of the two led to pain in both of my knees almost daily. After treating each knee consistently 1-2 times per day, 4-5 days a week, for about a month, the pain is gone. Recently, I also had the symptoms of early on set carpal tunnel, and within a few days of the same treatment schedule, the symptoms had diminished. PAT is also great for post workout soreness and cramps (even those wretched monthly kind for us females)!

I have used the PAT for several months, I do use it primarily on my lower back and I still use it almost every day. I had not played a pain free round of golf in probably 10 years before using the PAT device and now nearly every round is pain free. It took about a week of daily “treatments “ before I saw these miraculous results but now pain on the golf course (and everywhere else) is the exception rather than the rule! Kudos!!!

I have suffered from right hip bursitis for about 10 years and have gotten a cortisone shot every 3 months for about the last 5 years. That would work great but not last until I could get another injection. I bought PAT this June and have used it almost daily. I haven’t had a shot since March 27 and my hip feels fine. Recently I used it on my golfers elbow and it has helped that.

As a licensed doctor of physical therapy, I am a strong advocate for conservative, non-invasive, and non-pharmacological approaches to pain management. The PAT microcurrent device is an effective device for reducing pain. The research has been done and the parameters have been set, so there’s no potential for user error or risk of injury using a trusted device such as this. The PAT unit can be used by anyone for a multitude of conditions. I’ve met many vendors and tried many TENs units and e-stim devices, but none compare to this PAT microcurrent unit.
After fracturing my fifth metatarsal, I battled foot pain for 5 months due to slow bone healing. I began using this unit 45 min a day twice a day to stimulate bone growth to expedite my healing. After 30 days, my pain was significantly less and repeat x-rays showed improved cortical bone healing! I am an advocate for this device for many reasons and would recommend it to my friends, family, and patients.

I’ve used my PAT for the better part of a year, and I’m very pleased with the pain relief I’ve obtained. My right “ulna” (forearm bone) is 5 mm too long and it impinges on those small wrist bones. The wrist pain had kept me from playing golf, but with the PAT, once a day, I’m back out on the course. It’s a much better solution than the operation I had to shorten my left ulna!
I also have arthritis in my left thumb and the PAT does provide some relief.

I have been using my PAT for about a month on my knees and have found great improvement on both of them. My left knee had chronic pain as a result of a botched knee replacement which was revised and started with a shattered patella in 1991. My right knee has twice torn meniscus and has felt much better since using PAT. The last 3 days have been the first time not using Aleve in decades! Highly recommend this product.

My shoulder has had multiple surgeries for rotator cuff issues and to repair a torn tendon. I generally have some minor pain all the time and increased pain when I aggravate the shoulder through activity or overuse. We live right on a beautiful golf course which I have not been able to use as much as I would like due to my shoulder pain. My GF has a PAT that she uses on her knees and has experienced positive results. I was somewhat skeptical that the device was really doing anything and that she was experiencing a placebo effect. Recently my shoulder pain had worsened such that I have started PT. Several days ago I decided to try my GF’s PAT with the attitude that it can’t hurt and maybe will help. Well guess what, I did notice a positive result with a reduction in pain. I plan to purchase my own unit and continue to use more frequently. Hopefully I will be able to begin playing more golf.

I have been very pleased with how well the PAT device works. I am familiar with microcurrent devices and compared to the two other devices I have used; it is by far the easiest to set up. That makes a difference because on a busy day setting up a complicated self-treatment gets pretty arduous. I’ve noticed significant positive changes in my aches and pains and do much less fidgeting due to feeling tight all the time. Very happy to have found this product!
